clarity

There are times in life when clarity will come, and it seems like sometimes it doesn’t happen unless you’re in a spot of taking kind, sweet care of yourself and are reaching a more stable platform that you’re building for yourself slowly over time.

As you invest into each area of your life and find more health, contentment, wholeheartedness, life satisfaction, peace, balance, joy…

As you take care of yourself in these ways, meeting the needs you have and continuing to become more self-aware and self-compassionate, experiencing your own development and growth into who you want to be — your own self-actualization — clarity grows more and more.

(By the way, my mind is predominantly never clearer than when I’m leaving the gym. Necessary and magical addition to my life!)
