Sometimes it’s worth thinking in terms of what you’re banking for later. Especially when you aren’t feeling your best, and doing something to improve the future or reach towards a goal will probably help you feel better and will never be something you regret.

Keep linking the chain together.

Keep showing up.

I’ve been binging a lot of comfort shows recently, so no shade on downtime like that from me, and sometimes it feels really nice and is the rest or boost you need. Sometimes it’s just fun!

Yet also. What are you building?

What is it you want to remain committed to? (even on the low days)

Is there something you can keep stacking up, brick by brick, adding just a single brick today so it’s a little better tomorrow?
