self trust

Some things in life, no one else can decide for us.

Other people cannot know what we know, about our own hearts and dreams and life’s values.

People who don’t live inside our bodies and minds can’t know what will be best for us.

Nobody else can call the shots or understand the deepest levels of our history, feelings, and individual, true North Star.

Trust yourself.

Pay attention when you feel your intuition moving down far within your belly.

Listen to what your inner Knowing has to tell you.

We are wise, evolving, connected, universal, expansive, brave, true, growing creatures. There is more within you than you ever realize.

Honor your yes’s and no’s, and don’t let someone take them away from you.

Just because an external voice might be louder — or more unanimously abundant and multiplied beyond a singular voice — that doesn’t mean it’s truer than the words inside your mind and heart.

Trust yourself.
